Drug abuse is a major problem in the United States. It is clinically known as substance use disorder. Drug abuse or addiction is caused by the habitual taking of addictive substances.

We provide those who are abusing prescribed and non-prescribed substances with an opportunity to get assessed and linked to a treatment program. We also connect people to facilities to aid in combating substance abuse.

Common effects of drug abuse:

  • Addiction

  • Degraded physical and mental health

  • A weakened immune system, increasing the risk of illness and infection

  • Heart conditions

  • Increased strain on the liver which puts a person at risk of liver damage or liver failure
