Stacy Thomas is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office. Stacy practices in the area of corporate and securities laws, counseling clients on a wide range of domestic and international corporate transactions, but focusing on private equity, venture capital and real estate fund formation and operation.

Stacy is a Jacksonville native, and after high school she attended Wofford College in South Carolina where she played Division 1 volleyball and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

After college, Stacy went to the University of Miami School of Law where she received her J.D. and IS.M. in Taxation. While at the University of Miami, Stacy worked at the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic where she acted as legal representative of primarily current and former foster youths in matters of dependency, special education, public benefits and guardianship.

Stacy currently lives in the San Marco area with her husband and their 2 young children.
